| romantic gorilla biography | |
| Vocals - GORI Guitars - AKIKO Bass - MAKOTO Drums - NAKAZIZI A 4-piece band, 2 females, 2 males, all-around crusty punk sound. Thrashy guitars, fast-pounding drums, screaming female vocals and a fat, mid-EQ pushed up to the max bassline. The band was formed back in May 93, and their first demo tape was out in November that same year. That tape was submitted to Heartfirst Records, who subsequently released their first 7" EP entitled "Fun" in 1995. Their chance meeting with Ken from Sound Pollution Records during their tour with Assuck led them to a split release with Californians Spazz (ex-Plutocracy, etc), and later to their self-titled debut release in early 1998. |
